Interesting video, however this has nothing to do with machines found in US casinos. And the truth is, slots are random in the fact that they are programmed to payout over hundreds of thousands of spins and are governed by a random number generator (RNG) that makes every spin independent of the previous or future spin. Casinos can not manipulate a slot's payback % at the risk of losing their license. Why would they do that when they already have a 4-20% house edge? Talk about money management!
